Our facilitator Theresa Soetzenberg have over 20 years broad and in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Financial prescripts that is the Public Finance Management Act, National Treasury Regulations and National Treasury Instructions. High level of interpersonal interaction combined with sound problem analysis capacity. Dedicated and hard-working person who takes pride in her work. Demonstrate well-developed communication, planning and organisation skills, with strong aptitude to motivate and train staff members in order to transfer skills. I am a Versatile, adaptable and energetic person and have the ability to analyse and apply departmental policies. Strong focus on mentoring, empowering of staff members, enabling them to become self-directed and to make a positive impact on their work environments. Work independently and if required, work as part of a team.

She previously worked in the public sector Western Cape Provincial Treasury  where she was responsible for the following areas:

– Manage the Capacitation and Supplier Development Unit

– Manage the Transversal Contracting and Strategic Sourcing Unit

– SCM Governance Unit
